I’m really happy with my pillowcases. This is the second lot I bought from Dusk. They’re excellent quality and the price is reasonable. You only get what you pay for. Peanuts and monkeys. I will need some additional ones soon and replacement pillows so will definitely chose Dusk again.

The delivery people were very efficient and polite. They agreed to take the mattress downstairs from the bedroom without making it an issue. But I had not realised that part of the mattress take-away cost included taking the mattress downstairs myself - which would have been impossible at my age!

I made an order of a sofa and some bedding of which two of the items were received in less good condition than expected. Dusk’s customer service is stretched a bit thin and it took a while to get through on the phone but once through to them they were responsive and helpful and flexible, to their credit, resolving the situation quickly and fairly.

I think some of the products are photographed in ways that do not actually reflect the products themselves, I bought two pillows, meant to look & feel like Duck, they do not, they are so thin, I would certainly not purchase these again.
Some good points , the quality of the other bedding is lovely, well made, and the service was very good, updated as to where the goods were and when the delivery would be made.

Extremely disappointed with DUSK.
Ordered an ottoman bed which arrived (great delivery team) but the lifting mechanism doesn’t work and needs replaced. Unfortunately DUSK have ignored multiple requests for help so now I’m left with an overpriced divan bed that isn’t fit for the purpose it was bought for.

In the name of fairness, I’ve tried contacting them before posting a negative review but they have literally just ignored me. Finding how to contact them is a challenge in its self!

Cushions are great- however i ordered the same item and same colour in two different sizes however the smaller size doesnt match the larger size. The larger size has a deeper rich colour & the smaller a more faded shade. So ill be looking to return :(

Quick ordering and delivery of a bed but that is as good as it gets. Manufacturing defect on bed that prevents it being assembled - part way through so now not able to use the bedroom. No reply to email asking for assistance and resolution and impossible to get through on telephone..... awful. Too much hassle to buy from this supplier.

Delivered wrong headboard- reported to dusk . 2 weeks later no reply for them and have to deal with the courier company direct as apparently they are not dusk but they handle their warehouse ?!?. Chase and chase and still 2 weeks later no headboard and this is us waiting for them to swap two over because their drivers can’t read. I suspect we will get a damaged headboard delivered and gave to go through this whole awful process again. Dusk should stick to linen ! At least refund the delivery charge back !! And reply to email !

Do not buy from dusk.
We received our cream bed with dirty black marks all over, luckily in places that I could hide and if I could see I hopefully would get it off myself (it won’t come out).
We proceeded to put the bed together and after spending hours of doing so, when it was finally finished I noticed the headboard stitching was completely unthreaded or missing. Obviously the headboard is the main feature so it is the first thing you notice. Doesn’t look nice whatsoever.
So disheartened by our experience, informed dusk and only getting a £90 refund after spending all the money and time putting the bed together.

I ordered a grey, Mohair style throw, the colour was perfect, the quality was amazing, super soft. I loved it so much I ordered 3 of the same throw in pale pink. They too did not disappoint, colour perfect. Delivery was also good.

Missing parts of my order - have tried to ring several times and no-one picks up after hours of ringing.

Have sent multiple emails to the help email address and still have yet to receive a reply.

Order placed almost 3 weeks ago with estimated delivery 3-5 days.
Still no delivery.
Multiple emails sent, finally a response saying they will chase in 3 days?! Further days passed, 2 further emails sent with no response.
Do not order with this company, no delivery of item, very poor/almost non-existent communication.

Was told that delivery would be made , given a 3 hour window from 2-5pm . Was then told delivery would be at 7:30pm … waited for hours no one arrived . Apparently the driver gave up on the last delivery . Had to rearrange my whole day and take time off work . Appalling

The delivery via Evri shockingly turned up on time. Not a shock as such as next day fee was paid for.
The pillows are not medium firm. The head sinks in and the indentation remains on the pillow.

The most amazing bedding I have ever slept in. I have high sensory issues and Often struggle to find bedding and clothing to suit my needs. This bedding is amazing . I have ordered another 4 sets I liked it so much . Amazing service and top quality items .
